Note 3: League playoffs are December 5^th. Top 6 teams qualify. Winner receives entry to NC State Championships.

Note 4: NC State Championships will be played December 11^th & 12^th. Entry fee is $180.00.

Note 5: You have 5 minutes from the scheduled start of your game to field a team or it is a forfeit. You must have 6 players to start game. If you forfeit a game, you must pay $25 fine before the start of your next scheduled game. Two forfeits in a row and you are suspended from league.

Note 6: Games are 48 minutes (two 24-minute halves) with a 5-minute half time. A continuous game clock will be in effect except for last 2 minutes of each half when a regulation clock will be in effect. 3 time-outs per half.
